The hairy and the hirsuit, including Andrew Symonds (remember, also Rudd Gullitt?), would have none of TAFHCA-logic to shed their second skin. John McEnroe and Ilie Nastase - the original "bad boys" of Tennis - were often seen to appear on Tennis courts in the 70s with hair-styles to go with their temperamental personalities. Not what one would call "cool", and wouldn't perhaps be approved by TAFHCA today, but spectators the world-over would go ga-ga over McEnroe and Nastase on their court-appearance. The funny logic, if not fuzzy logic, is that if people like Marat Safin, Rafael Nadal, Kylie Mills, Andrew Symonds and Malinga have hairs that are uncut and unkempt, without the benefit of the Barber, what why and how The Anti Foolish Haircut Cut Association has got anything to do with it? On the hair it self, it seems Marat has been in touch with Hamish Marshal, the Kiwi opening batsman, off late. And Marshal's hair stylist has never been a TAFHCA favorite. This would come in the "badly done perm" category otherwise also known as the electrocuted look, other trespassers include Sri Lanka's Lasith Malinga, Hamish' twin brother James, another Kiwi in Kyle Mills and his Scottish lookalike Andrew Murray.
