Wow great site! Some really helpful information there. I’m sorry for little off-topic, but I want to ask you about design of this site. Did you make this template yourself or got from any templates website? Looks pretty cool for me

I was linking to this post of yours http://polunatic.blogspot.com/2006/07/memories-of-kashmir.html (which I see I had missed). I didn't have any intention to even indirectly say that you attempted to justify terrorism on civilians. It was just my personal general talk on the Kashmir issue rather than yourself but I see how some one can infer that it is a take on you. Am editing the same.

Thanks.

I'm not sure what you're trying to say in Update 14.

"The Kashmir issue should indeed be resolved as soon as possible. However, no crisis is justification for terrorism where innocent lives are targetted."

Nowhere in any of my nostalgic comments, nor in any other posts on my blog, do I attempt to justify terrorism and attacks on civilians. If you're trying to say that I'm being too even-handed, then just say so.

Thanks

err... no, I didn't quite get the opportunity to help people out. I've been recovering from a bit of the flu that I had last weekend, so I was just trying to get home. -_-

Agree with you, and hence went to work today, just as all of my colleagues did - even the one that had the near death experience at Mahim station yesterday. Thanks for making me heard, and great blog. Keep up the good work!

My place is less 5 mins from Mahim station. I wasn't at home, but mom and bro were. They heard a loud noise which rattled most of the glass and windows in the house. My mom thought it was thunder, but there was no accompanying lightening. A bomb explosion was pretty much the last thing on her mind. When they looked out the window to see what was happening, there were people trying to get as far away from the station. There was some serious panic. But it did not take long for people to overcome the initial fear and get involved in helping the injured.

The stories of citizens helping each other out through this low is really inspiring! I do wish though that our government decides to play tough this time - crack down on such ultras, filter better what comes in and goes out from across our borders, pressurize Pakistan with more than words. It's one lesson we could learn from the US - despite half the world wanting to create trouble for the US, you don't get to hear of such barbaric acts happening inside their country.
