It epitomises England’s bowling troubles that they have to select a player whose List A and first class bowling averages are 35 and 37.10 respectively at the moment. The English fans are crying but others like me can’t wait to see Onions in action.

Update: Matt informs me that Durham’s wicketkeeper is Philip Mustard. So they always get batsmen out “caught Mustard bowled Onions“. Hilarity ensues.
